The spot is awesome, right near Trafalgar Square and tons of attractions. Our room was decent, but the bathroom felt cramped. We did enjoy the cool bar area for drinks after a long day. Oh, and FYI, the bed had some hairs that were definitely not ours. Not the best attention to detail.

It was just a fitting option for a whistle-stop in London with value for money. The staff were friendly and really helpful, especially when I needed directions to the nearby attractions. Make sure to check out the Sherlock Holmes pub across the road for a fun atmosphere!

i was utterly shocked by the cramped space of the bathroom and lumpy bed, which made my stay far less than luxurious. i expected complimentary snacks for all my troubles, yet instead i got a hotel with out-of-order amenities. i almost left a good review, but how could i with such mediocre service? , "Club Quarters Hotel" standards are lesser than mediocre.

I loved the spacious room and the coffee station was a great perk! However, the worn-out furniture could use an upgrade. Would definitely consider staying here again!

The hotel's location is unbeatable, just steps from Trafalgar Square and major attractions. A nearby convenience store provided easy access to snacks, and the air conditioning worked well during the warm August days. While the room was clean and spacious, the noise from the air conditioning fan was somewhat disruptive, diminishing the overall comfort of the stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, enhancing the experience with their attentive service.

the wifi was kinda weak. but the staff was so helpful and accommodating with late check out! loved the spacious lobby with its majestic bar and the central location, so close to major attractions.

I had such a great time at this hotel, especially with its fantastic proximity to Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery, both just a short stroll away, perfect for leisurely explorations. I also loved how it’s only a 10-minute walk to Covent Garden, where I enjoyed vibrant street performances and delightful cafes.

It is a charming hotel with a cozy coffee room and excellent soundproofing, and the staff consistently provide helpful service!
