Exceptional breakfast buffet with diverse local flavors.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a series of disappointments. Adding to that, the hotel organized a loud company incentive trip during my stay, disrupting the atmosphere and making it feel less luxurious than expected.

Had an amazing time at this beautiful resort with friends! The location is perfect, nestled between a charming fishing village and a trendy port. We enjoyed exploring the cool gazebos and lounging decks by the beach. The meals, especially the open-fire cooking experience, were a highlight. Don't miss the friendly staff, who really make the stay special!

The staff were genuinely friendly, remembering our names and making us feel at home, which made it all feel a bit personal.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was still somewhat justifiable.

the organized themed nights in the evenings were a lot of fun. the beach has rocks and can be tricky for entry.

The breathtaking views of Spinalonga Island were the highlight of our stay. The beach service was excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the friendly staff and the extensive breakfast spread, complete with freshly squeezed orange juice and Greek specialties.

However, check-in took much longer than expected, and we faced a noisy environment one night due to an event. Our room had a cactus partially blocking the view, and the food quality at dinner wasn't impressive. Also, the lack of a vibrant evening atmosphere left us wanting more entertainment options.

The location, the spa services, the beach access, the friendly staff – simply remarkable!

my recent stay was incredible, with the convenience of being just under 2 km from the stunning Spinalonga Beach and a few steps away from delightful local tavernas like Blue Door, making it perfect for my city explorations and park views in beautiful Crete.

The stunning panoramic views of Spinalonga from my room with a private infinity pool were nothing short of breathtaking! I indulged in fantastic gourmet dining experiences, especially the delicious local Cretan dishes at the restaurants. The amazing spa treatments rejuvenated my spirit and made my stay unforgettable!

Our stay at the Blue Palace was like being cast in a luxurious Greek myth! The views over Spinalonga Island were so stunning I half-expected to spot Zeus lounging on a pool float. The room was impeccably clean and boasted a huge bathroom, perfect for someone like me who needs a lot of space for daily beauty rituals. The pools were inviting enough to make you forget about the sandy beach, and the staff were like a swarm of helpful bees, buzzing around to ensure we had everything we needed! Plus, the evening heli ride over Crete was a sky-high highlight I won’t soon forget. Talk about a ride to remember!

One minor hiccup here and there.

We just loved the sunsets from our balcony while sipping cocktails from the beach bar! The staff truly felt like family, always checking in with a smile. Plus, the mezze dinner at one of the restaurants was a tasty surprise! The only catch? Sometimes the beach loungers filled up quickly, so get there early!

had a fantastic stay at phaia blue palace! the views are stunning, and the facilities are top-notch with 3 pools and 3 restaurants. my kid loved the kids' area, and we appreciated the excellent athletic massage. breakfast included great local dishes, and the room was spotless with a lovely sea view. the staff were super polite, adding to the overall amazing experience.

Our recent stay was fantastic, especially enjoying the amazing buffet breakfast and the beautiful private pool. Just a bit disappointed with the service delays in the bars, though I’d definitely come back!
