I had a great stay at Coach & Horses! The room was a bit chilly when I arrived, but the staff quickly resolved it by turning up the heating and providing an electric radiator. The wet room was a bit cold too, but the hot water eventually warmed up for a pleasant shower. The breakfast buffet lacked yogurt and fruit, but the full English was tasty despite some inconsistencies in cooking. The dining room decor was lovely, and the location was convenient for exploring Kew. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

The white fluffy towels were a treat and the massive bed with clean cotton bedding ensured a comfortable sleep. The heating system was easy to understand and there was a long mirror for convenience. The lighting in the room created a cozy atmosphere, thanks to the window with thick blinds. Although there was an emergency exit light outside that stayed on all night, it didn't disturb my sleep as the blinds prevented any glare. The room had tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and mini bar items available for purchase.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the slow WiFi and some noise from remodeling taking place, overall, my stay at the Coach & Horses was enjoyable. The comfortable rooms, pet-friendly policy, and convenient location near Kew Gardens made it a great choice for my visit.
