The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. The room had all the amenities I could ask for, including ironing facilities, heating, a trouser press, and a flat-screen TV with CD player. The carpeted floor added a touch of elegance, and the free toiletries provided were a nice added touch.

The room was clean and nicely decorated, with comfy bedding. Really enjoyed the tea and biscuits, and the freeview channels on the TV. Wifi was also very good.
