I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, nestled at the foot of the Quantock Hills. The scenery was beautiful, especially when I went for walks in the hills and enjoyed the breathtaking views. The hotel was also conveniently located, making it easy for me to visit the North Somerset coast and explore charming places like Watchet and Blue Anchor. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, and I particularly liked the small conservatory attached to my room. The cream tea brought to my room was a delightful touch. The breakfast was delicious and the bar staff were attentive. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and the helpfulness of the staff.

On the second day, when we were snowed in, the hotel staff rallied together to help us dig out our car and ensured our safe departure. The level of service we received was truly exceptional. Despite the challenges, the atmosphere at the hotel remained calm and welcoming. The beautiful location and stunning views added to the overall charm of our stay.
