Checkout was sharp-sharp, and I was chuffed with the comfy beds. The whole vibe was lekker. Brekkie was a pleasant surprise too, way better than I expected. They also had solid vibes at the pool—clean, not too cold, and a chill place to hang out!

Just wish they had a microwave available in the room, would’ve made things a bit easier.

this hotel certainly has potential, but my experience was underwhelming. The room lacked proper storage. just a desk chair and a tiny nightstand. i expected a room change as a courtesy, but apparently, that’s too much to ask. and when i wanted coffee at an early hour, the front desk staff was asleep. disgraceful.

The cleanliness of the Queen Room was impressive, and I appreciated the soap and shampoo dispensers, adding a modern touch. The atmosphere throughout the property was inviting, especially the lounge area with games and comfortable seating. However, the room felt somewhat compact, and the smaller desks might not suit everyone. It would also be nice to see a microwave option for guests.

Be sure to check out the lounge area with games for a relaxing break. it's a hidden gem to unwind after a busy day.

Only one garbage can in the bathroom with no bag!!! Mini fridge barely fits a gallon of water—forget about pizza!!! Please provide a microwave for convenience!!!

The playful lobby had cozy nooks where my family could relax. A 24/7 market that made grabbing snacks super easy. We enjoyed games in the lounge, and the clean pool was just right for cooling off after a day of travels with our pets.

tru by hilton offered a super clean room and the warmest staff! breakfast was amazing with lots of tasty options. we loved how close it was to the sports complex and convenient food and shopping nearby.
