The room was clean and had everything I needed. The location was great, close to the tram stops and Old Trafford stadium. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, it was delicious and had a good variety of options. Despite some minor inconveniences, like a TV that didn't work , I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again. I had a positive experience and would recommend it to others.

It was conveniently situated near the tram route, providing easy access to the Etihad Stadium for the Spice Girls concert, as well as the vibrant nightlife and the bustling city centre. The room was spacious and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The friendly staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel had a stunning view of the water, creating a peaceful atmosphere.

One downside was that the restaurant at breakfast lacked organization and relaxation, which could be improved.

The bar and restaurant are run by a friendly and professional staff, serving delicious meals and refreshing drinks. the Copthorne offers a delightful experience with its excellent amenities and picturesque surroundings.

Stayed at Copthorne for a few nights while attending an event at Victoria Warehouse. Great location, just a 5-minute walk away. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for three people. The staff was friendly and helpful, printing off tickets for us and allowing us to leave our car in the onsite parking after check out. Metro station right opposite the hotel with easy access to the city center. Lots of shops, restaurants, and a huge park nearby. a good stay!

During my stay at Copthorne Hotel Salford Quays, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They greeted me with a smile and provided me with all the information I needed. The hotel's convenient location near the tram stop made it easy for me to explore the area. Having a Co-Op right next to the hotel was also very handy for getting supplies.

Lovely and warm hotel with a great location. Staff could be more welcoming, but they offer advice and conversation. Conveniently located near Lancashire County Cricket Club, within walking distance. Our comfortable room overlooked the docks and the hotel is close to Manchester's tram network. Free parking for the duration of our stay was a good deal.

We were surprised to find that there were complementary chocolate eggs and Easter-themed decorations in our room, which made our holiday even more special. the hotel is in a fantastic location, surrounded by restaurants and shops, and very close to a beautiful park with plenty of activities for children. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which offered a variety of options, including fresh fruits and juices.

The furniture looked outdated and worn out, and the lack of bedside lighting and accessible electrical sockets made it difficult to feel comfortable. the room was also quite noisy, which made it difficult to sleep well.
