We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location in the West End was perfect, just a short walk from the next tube station. The friendly staff made us feel right at home.

The beds were also excellent, and the bedlinen and pillows were of high quality, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious and had fantastic lighting, making it a pleasure to use. while there were some issues, the staff and comfort of the room made my stay enjoyable.

Despite there being multiple lights, the bulbs were inadequate, and it made the room feel quite gloomy. there was no mirror or proper lighting in the bedroom, which made it difficult for me to do my hair and makeup.

Lovely tray with tea and coffee facilities and fresh milk. Fabulous bathroom with deep bath, bath TV, separate shower, and fluffy towels. Tasteful art, large TV, and BluRay player.
