We were delighted with this place! First, we loved its location handy to the bus depot and close to everything we needed. Moreover, it’s right across the road from the bus station, which has express buses from both airports. The service was amazing with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, grocery shopping service, and laundry available. We were welcomed with a drink and the staff were always available to help us with tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities were great, with everything from ironing facilities to tea and coffee facilities, and the rooms were lovely and soundproofed.

We recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel's location was great, situated right in the heart of the city center and conveniently close to shopping districts. The room and bathroom were modern and comfortable, but lacked a proper desk and convenient sockets for business travelers. Nevertheless, the night staff were attentive and helpful, making our stay pleasant.

The breakfast service was a disaster, with long waiting times and mass tourism taking priority over individual guests. The tables were not cleared promptly, leaving many empty tables as guests waited to be seated.

The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, I sank into the pillows and had a great night's sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city - everything was within easy reach. The room was modern and clean with a great shower. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and well-furnished rooms, and excellent cleanliness. The location was very convenient for exploring Belfast City Center, and the breakfast was of a good standard. The hotel's central location and spacious room size added to our positive experience. The powerful and hot shower made for a refreshing start to the day.

The hotel had great facilities, including an iron and ironing board, safe, hair dryer, and tea-making facilities in the room. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. the staff provided exceptional customer service and were always helpful and attentive.

The bed was not very comfortable, with a stiff mattress and soft pillows. It would have been better if the pillows were made of memory foam for added comfort.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Belfast and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect - it was close to all the best bars in the city, making it easy to have a great night out. It was also conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to get around the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The staff provided outstanding service, always with a smile on their face. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. it was a wonderful stay.

One small drawback was that there were no drawers in the room to put our clothes in. Other than that, everything was perfect.

stayed at a nearby hotel last time, but Maldron really impressed me this time! Convenient location, modern, and super helpful night staff. Loved the view from the room and the comfy king bed. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!
