This hotel was a fantastic find for my one night stay in Llandudno! the location was ideal, very close to the pier and just a short walk away from the seafront. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and tidy, with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including a TV. The highlight of my visit was the delicious breakfast, made with locally sourced ingredients. It was hearty and filling, the perfect start to the day.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was impeccable.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the beach and the main street with plenty of shops and restaurants. It made it very convenient to explore the area without needing to drive around. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were always ready to assist with any questions we had and provided great recommendations for local attractions and dining options.

the size of the ensuite was quite small, which made it a bit cramped and uncomfortable. the bar did not serve draught beer, which was a letdown for us as we enjoy having a cold pint during our holidays.

The lovely color-coordinated bedroom featured plenty of pillows, and the breakfast was outstanding - the best we've had in a long time. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area, being close to the pier, promenade, and West Shore Beach, with a variety of shops and restaurants nearby.

Had a fantastic Christmas stay at a charming hotel in a prime location. the breakfasts were delicious, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. the hotel's garden was beautifully maintained, providing a serene atmosphere to enjoy the area's nesting birds. the hotel provided free parking, which worked out great considering the location's limited parking spaces.

That the bathroom was slightly cramped, with a shower that sometimes had trouble maintaining a steady stream of hot water. However, everything else was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and memorable stay in this lovely town.
