This hotel was a fantastic find for my one night stay in Llandudno! the location was ideal, very close to the pier and just a short walk away from the seafront. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and tidy, with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including a TV. The highlight of my visit was the delicious breakfast, made with locally sourced ingredients. It was hearty and filling, the perfect start to the day.

the size of the ensuite was quite small, which made it a bit cramped and uncomfortable. the bar did not serve draught beer, which was a letdown for us as we enjoy having a cold pint during our holidays.

The owner recommended great places to eat. We enjoyed the company of the owner and his wife in the bar. The breakfast was delicious and the young staff were attentive. a very pleasant stay! We got great value for our money at Craig-Ard Hotel. The room was comfortable with a lovely shower room, and we even had the seven dwarfs to keep us company.
