We were lucky to get a renewed suite with a nice view to the garden area. The location of this place is very convenient, it is very close to the train station. The staff here are very helpful, friendly, and nice, especially the reception and bar staff. The service we received was top-notch, from the welcome drink upon arrival to the tours and ticket assistance provided by the hotel. The room amenities were exceptional, with heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The sitting area, terrace, and patio with garden furniture provided a comfortable space to relax. The hotel also offers a variety of leisure facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool. The spa and wellness centre had a range of treatments available, such as massages and body wraps. The sun terrace and seasonal outdoor pool were perfect for enjoying the sunny weather. The Wi-Fi connection was also reliable, allowing us to stay connected during our stay.

The hotel is situated in a convenient place. It allowed us to explore the town with ease. the morning spread was grand and filling. We loved the outdoor pool, which we used before our scrumptious breakfast.

It appears the rooms were recently renovated, but the bedding was not comfy. the mattress and pillows were tough.

I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast at Parkhotel Residence. The selection of juice and fruit was overwhelming, and the overall quality exceeded my expectations. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with walk streets and nearby restaurants. I especially appreciated that the kitchen was still open when I arrived at 21.00.
