Additionally, when I requested a room change due to noise, the reception staff promptly arranged a nicer room for me. the staff's hospitality was outstanding and made my stay truly enjoyable.

They offered alternative accommodations but we chose to stay and enjoy candlelit meals and a cozy log-burning fire. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas, such as Aviemore, the Cairngorms, and Inverness. The hosts, Maria and James, were incredibly caring and made our stay truly memorable. The friendly staff, delicious food in the pub, clean rooms, and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. We can't wait to come back!
