As longer term business travelers, we were delighted with the warm welcome and excellent facilities at Craigvrack Hotel. The Petanque Court provided a fun and enjoyable way to relax after a long day of work. The breakfast, freshly cooked to order, was just what we needed to start the day. Having a connecting room for the kids was an unexpected bonus. The cleanliness of the bedroom and beddings exceeded our expectations for a 3-star hotel. We hope to return one day and experience it all again.

The stay was very good - everything about it was right and efficient. The rooms were good, very comfortable beds and the overall style was slightly older than my taste but it fitted the hotel perfectly and the rooms came together beautifully. The view from our window was breathtaking! The staff were very nice particularly at breakfast—so accommodating, offering more toast, tea, coffee, and juice.

I didn't like the hill going up to the hotel when we were walking. As the other guest I was with, was in a wheelchair the hill was very difficult for us.

It is just a 5-minute walk down to the Main Street in Pitlochry, making it a convenient location. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast menu offers a variety of hot fresh food, including meats and cheeses.

All was fine, nothing to improve.

The breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The parking facilities were also good, we didn't have any problems with finding a spot. The views were beautiful from the outdoor decking area.

The room we stayed in was much too small and it was so hot. We barely got any sleep due to the thin walls and loud noises from other guests and the traffic.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with rooms that, although a bit dated, were clean and comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The hotel staff were lovely and accommodating, always willing to help us with any requests, despite the difficulty in gauging facial expressions due to mask-wearing. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options and plenty to eat. The location was great, being near the town center and within walking distance of the divine Moulin Hotel. We also enjoyed sitting in the beer garden in the evenings.

There's a cozy seating area with comfy sofas for relaxation. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value, cleanliness, and lovely staff.

One drawback is that the bar closes at 10 pm, which may be inconvenient for those wanting a nightcap after dinner.
