It is a modern hotel with spacious rooms featuring well-stocked mini-bars and great water pressure in showers, and convenient access to a local convenience store!

the food was really well presented and tasty, especially the fish & chips. not impressed with kids running wild during the gala dinner.

the hotel was pleasing to the eye but alas, our room was dustier than one would expect! breakfast was not the warm feast advertised but a cold buffet instead. how disapointing! a complimentary upgrade would have been a nice touch, but i guess expecting preferential treatment is too much for this establishment. almost left a good review, but just couldn’t.

easy access to lovely parks and fascinating museums

during my stay, I found the vibe of the venue truly exceptional for celebrating special moments, and the nearby Gordon Highlanders Museum was a fantastic spot to soak in some local history, making for perfect walking adventures around the city.

My experience at the Palm Court Hotel was frustrating. The room was incredibly noisy, and I could hear everything coming from the adjacent room. Additionally, the bathroom had serious issues. the shower was leaking, and the towels were not changed even when I followed the instructions. The reception staff was not helpful and seemed irritated when I asked for assistance. I left disappointed and definitely won't be returning.

The staff was super friendly, and we really enjoyed our meals. Check out Hazlehead Golf Club for some fun after dinner. Great location with easy access to nearby attractions! Rooms were clean and the mini bar was a nice touch.

Our room faced a wall, which was a bit of a letdown, but it was comfortable otherwise. I also heard noise from the car park when returning late in the evening.

Cullen Skink starter was flavorsome but needed more fish pieces. Air conditioning unit noisy during night.

The room smelled like my grandma’s dusty attic, which was. enchanting? Also, don’t even get me started on the shower. I think I drowned my dignity trying to get the right temperature!

From the moment we stepped in, the warm smiles made us feel like family. The rooftop window in our room brought in the sweetest summer breeze, and the dining experience was truly memorable—especially that chocolate dessert! The staff went out of their way to accommodate dietary requests, which made our meals even more enjoyable.

the palm court hotel is really nice, the staff were super friendly and willing to help, had a great dinner in the bothy restaurant, and the room we stayed in was newly refurbished and comfy. everything was clean and we had everything we needed like tea and coffee. breakfast was tasty and very filling too, would def recommend this place.

This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and the bar/lounge area. I remember my first stay when the staff helped me with directions. The exceptional service, especially from Jenna and Linda, made me feel at home. I highly recommend enjoying breakfast! I’m coming back for a city break.
