We stayed at a hotel located just a short 10-minute drive from the city centre. The location was convenient, especially after attending a party in the local area. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay pleasant overall.

We recently enjoyed a fantastic steak night at Palm Court, where we savored a delicious meal paired with a glass of wine for an incredible price. The value for money was exceptional, and the food exceeded our expectations. The attentive and friendly service provided by Jenna, our waitress, made the evening even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning soon. I highly recommend this hotel.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed with the newly refurbished rooms, which were modern and well-equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, a mini bar, and even complimentary bottled water. the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and always willing to help, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. the meals, including the Christmas dinner, were excellent and the breakfasts and snacks were also enjoyable.

One aspect that we were not completely satisfied with was the lack of temperature control in our room. Despite having the window open, the room remained too hot and uncomfortable.

our honeymoon at this hotel was absolutely perfect. from the lovely staff to the spotless, beautifully decorated rooms, everything exceeded our expectations. the dinner at the bright conservatory was delicious, and the bigger room we booked for our return visit was just as amazing. great value for money.
