The location couldn't be better, just a stone's throw away from major transport hubs and attractions. Having everything so close made exploring the area a breeze. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. the room was clean and well-presented, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The bathroom could do with a bit more space, as it felt a bit cramped. the mattress was a bit worn out and could use an upgrade.

The breakfast timing could have been extended to 10:30am, as we missed it both days due to our late nights and early mornings.

our second time in london and crestfield was even better than before. the staff were incredibly friendly and the location was perfect, just a short walk from kings cross station. the rooms were cozy and impeccably clean. we loved the tea and coffee options, both in the rooms and at the bar. overall, a lovely place to stay.
