It was just a balanced option for a brief hiatus in London with good price-value balance. I had a heavy suitcase and struggled with the steep stairs, which was exhausting. Ask for a lower floor if you have bags!

crestfield is super convenient, just across from king's cross and st pancras. our twin room was clean with a nice illuminated space for luggage under the bed. the receptionist was friendly and 24/7 available, which was a huge plus. lots of power sockets, too! definitely check out nearby restaurants like spagnoletti for great italian.
