This hotel was the perfect choice for our quiet getaway. Despite the inconveniences of no ice and a clogged shower, the Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel & Convention Center provided a comfortable and safe experience. The staff was apologetic and quickly moved us to another room. The rooms were clean, had awesome showers, and had nice lighting. The location was convenient, and the front desk staff during the day was extremely helpful and sweet.

One particular staff member even helped us find a solution when we encountered an issue with our room. The room itself was spacious and had a great view. The breakfast provided was delicious and we enjoyed the convenience of being close to a shopping center. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at the Marriott in Allen for a weekend getaway. The location was convenient, the rooms were spotlessly clean, and the daytime front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The view from my room was lovely, and being close to the shopping center was a bonus. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and made me feel welcomed and acknowledged.

Despite a few hiccups, I would recommend this hotel.

The housekeeping service didn't meet my expectations due to clashes in timing. Additionally, there were some issues with cleanliness, such as finding food inside the sofa bed and encountering ants in the room.
