Location old and intriguing. Sophie, waitress in Brasserie, amazing for first night. Bed comfortable, room clean and cosy, no noise. Brasserie restaurant beautiful meal, breakfast also good. Admirable job by kitchen staff and waitors. Hotel like big castles in Germany, pleasant experience. Must visit chapel and old rooms, nice too!

The value for money at the hotel was great, and the room was well set up with a comfy bed and a fantastic bathroom magnifying mirror and light for putting on make-up. The location was convenient near the M6 and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider variety of food on the menu.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The moment I arrived, I was amazed by the stunning architecture and the grandeur of the old part of the hotel. The receptionist was efficient and the check-in process went smoothly. The room in the modern wing was clean and comfortable, with a lovely sofa and a fantastic shower. The staff at the restaurant were friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed the afternoon tea in the beautifully decorated Sheridan room. Despite some restrictions, the pool area was open and provided a great place to unwind. The whole team made me feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. I even asked for bathrobes, and they promptly provided them. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.

The only downside I can think of is that the hotel management seems to prioritize the new part over the old part, which is a shame considering the stunning architecture. However, this minor flaw does not overshadow the overall experience.

The breakfast had a wide selection and the shower in the room was excellent. the hotel is situated in a beautiful setting and the staff were very welcoming. I also enjoyed using the pool facilities.

The service in the evening at the brasserie was slow and the staff were not very helpful. the room I had booked was changed to a less desirable one with no view, but after insisting, I was given the room I had originally requested.

We had such a lovely time at this beautiful building, surrounded by trees on a long avenue. The reception area and lounges were stunning.
