The hotel's location right on St Mark's Square was unbeatable. Being right in the city centre meant we were able to easily explore all the major attractions of the city. Additionally, the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a view of Piazza San Marco. The staff were also very attentive and the basic amenities were well taken care of, including the rooms with an air conditioning unit.

The lift situation was a bit inconvenient as it only goes up from the first floor and doesn't operate after 7pm. However, this didn't affect our overall experience as we were still able to navigate the hotel without any major issues.

Convenient location near St. Mark's Square made sightseeing easy. The spacious and well-decorated room was a comfortable retreat. Despite a few minor issues, overall I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. I would recommend this hotel for its location and comfortable rooms.

The hotel is situated in a great location, very central and convenient for exploring the area. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and good soundproofing. The staff were helpful and accommodating, taking care of our luggage and fulfilling our requests.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the check-in process was slow and we had to wait outside.

Had a fantastic experience during new year! Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Loved the complimentary breakfast which was delivered straight to our room. The location was top-notch and we had an amazing view of the surrounding area from our room. We were also offered complimentary tickets to a local attraction which was a nice touch.

The room was quite small and there was some noise from outside during the night, but this was to be expected given the central location. the bathroom could have been cleaner.

The view of Piazza San Marco was breathtaking. Spacious room with sofa and big bed. Helpful staff who offered recommendations. Breakfast on the landing was enjoyable. Free boat trip to Murano Island.
