The breakfast had a good variety of choices and the staff ensured that everything was replenished promptly.

I stayed at Crossways in Wells for one night after my own wedding. The hotel gave us a warm welcome and even provided us with a bottle of iced champagne. The four poster bedroom and family room were both clean, comfortable, and a great value for the money. The food in the restaurant was delicious, especially the tapas menu. The staff, including Lauren, were attentive and went above and beyond. The hotel is also dog-friendly and well-located. We would definitely return.
