The hotel was very noisy, there was a false fire alarm at 7 am and a shouting neighbour that didn't let us sleep. We had problems trying to get in touch with reception or room service and even the phone started calling us back till 5 am.

This hotel is exceptional. The rooms are of a high standard, the staff are incredibly helpful and kind, especially Miss Jola and the Polish guy in the restaurant. The food is good, the cleanliness is top-notch, and the swimming pool is well-maintained. Truly a delightful stay.
