my recent stay at a hotel in London was amazing, but my stay at Cumberland exceeded all my expectations. it was located right in front of a popular shopping area and had modern rooms with great facilities. the staff were extra helpful and made our stay smooth and enjoyable. I will definitely return.

The room was super nice, with a beautiful design and comfortable size. The bathroom was also very nice. The location was very good, convenient for exploring the city and close to attractions like Oxford Street and Selfridges.

Our family had a great stay in the hotel, which was located in the center of many tourist sites. The reception area was impressive while the staff is attentive and helpful. Our spacious room had a comfortable layout, and the view was amazing. Additionally, it came with a well-stocked fridge and air conditioning that worked perfectly.

We encountered some issues with the bathroom, which was not cleaned properly, and some lights were faulty.

As backpackers, we loved the spacious and comfortable rooms, perfect for families with children. The staff, especially Eva, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's design and cleanliness were top-notch. We were pleasantly surprised by a free room upgrade, making our stay even more special.

The soundproofed windows were a great feature as we were not disturbed by the bustling street noise. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast spread was extensive with so many delicious choices. The service provided by the room service, housekeeping, and laundry staff was top-notch. We also appreciated the amenities in the room such as the ironing facilities, in-room safe, and tea and coffee facilities. the experience was absolutely delightful.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. They would surely enjoy the wonderful location, excellent service, and comfortable rooms.

We booked a last-minute stay at this hotel for a music festival, and we were pleasantly surprised by the experience. the photos online don't do justice to the stunning entrance and lobby of the hotel. the rooms were excellent, with well-stocked bathrooms and minibars. We even enjoyed a tasty meal from room service, which had a good selection. the location was perfect, within walking distance of Selfridges and Marble Arch station. But what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Jose at reception was incredibly helpful, allowing us to check in early and arranging special birthday surprises for two of our party.

The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable, leading to a restful sleep. The towels provided were exceptionally soft. Housekeeping was efficient and replenished supplies without fail. The bathroom fittings were impressive. WiFi connection was excellent.

The hotel had a great location, with easy access to public transportation and major attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing great customer service. I also enjoyed the complimentary amenities offered, such as the breakfast buffet and afternoon tea, which saved me money compared to other places.

The water pressure in the higher floors was quite low, which was disappointing for a 4-star hotel. Additionally, some guests mentioned that the rooms were small, although this didn't bother me much as I had evening plans.
