I always come back for work trips. Staff suggested a great taxi on my first visit. Rooms offer free Wi-Fi and parking. I enjoy outdoor dining and billiards. Perfect amenities: laundry, kitchen, fishing, golf, games. No smoking allowed. Can't ask for more.

The occasional foul smell from the bathroom drains after windy weather. although the property was spacious enough for six people, it might feel a bit cramped for a group of eight.

More consideration for senior guests would be lovely; perhaps softer lighting in pathways for better visibility at night.

The facilities at Deeside were perfect for families with kids. The Glen and the beach leisure centre were a hit with all the children, and the playground at the park was great for the youngest. The lodges with hot tubs were spacious and comfortable, and the upgrade made our stay extra special. The staff were helpful and friendly, making my partner's birthday unforgettable. The database information pack was a helpful guide for finding kid-friendly activities.

We were upgraded from a caravan to a spacious and warm lodge at no extra cost. the beds were super comfy, and the hot tub was amazing. It made my partner's birthday extra special. the staff were friendly and couldn't be faulted. We will definitely be coming back for another visit.
