The rooms were modern and impeccably clean, and we loved how spacious and comfortable they were. The front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience, even extending the breakfast hours to accommodate the high occupancy. We also appreciated the convenient check-out time, which gave our family plenty of time to get ready without feeling rushed. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Plano and had a great experience. The room was clean, spacious, and had a kitchenette area which was convenient. The fitness room was excellent, with a variety of equipment and even towels and sanitary wipes. The breakfast area was well stocked and had a good selection of food, although the half and half could have been warmer. The hotel also had a guest laundry and was conveniently located near a major highway with minimal noise.

Yumi went above and beyond by printing out directions to a store I needed to go to without even being asked. The king-size bed in my room was like sleeping on a cloud, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a wide variety of choices including fresh juice. I really appreciated that we could check out at noon, which was a lifesaver with my three kids in tow. I will definitely be staying here again whenever I visit my family in Dallas.

The breakfast was a convenient option, opening earlier than expected. We wish we could have stayed longer because the hotel was that nice.
