The location was good and the beds were comfortable. We had a nice Xmas dinner and the steaks were delicious, cooked to perfection. However, we were disappointed that we were not informed about the wine deal despite knowing about it from previous visits.

Although gluten-free options were listed on the website, the server was not accommodating and suggested I help myself to the cold buffet, 90% of which I couldn't eat. Other hotels have been able to offer gluten-free cereals and bread for toast.
