This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free parking, a fitness center, and a swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me print important documents, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend enjoying the luxurious breakfast. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Rusty shower fixtures were disappointing.

the central location made exploring nearby attractions like the V&A Dundee and Camperdown Country Park a breeze, perfect for casual walks and soaking in the sights. the hotel’s beautiful grounds were also a lovely surprise, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of walking around the city.

stayed at this so-called 'four star' hotel and was utterly dismayed. the room smelled like moth balls and to cap it off, the pool was closed! after suffering through a night of no food due to a 'big group', I expected a complimentary breakfast, but alas, none. i almost woudl ve been generous with my review, but I just couldn't.

Double-check the breakfast hours and food options in advance, as the buffet can be limited, especially closer to closing time.

There were issues with the air conditioning in the room that impacted comfort levels, and we also found the decor needed updating. , We experienced delayed service during busy times in the restaurant, which detracted from the overall experience.

On arrival we got a room upgrade to a super dooper executive room, which was a nice surprise. The staff at the bar were friendly, and we enjoyed some good food, even if it was cut off a bit too early.
