The service was exceptional, from the bell staff/porter to the housekeeping and room service. The room amenities provided everything I needed during my stay, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee, and a mini-bar. The soundproofed rooms made for a quiet and comfortable night's sleep. The shuttle service was also a great perk, and the welcome drink was a nice touch.

The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to the city via cable car and Uber boats. The room was clean and had a nice view of the waterfront. The staff were friendly and attentive.

On arrival, the staff member who checked us in was polite, friendly, and helpful. The location of the hotel was ideal for hopping on the DLR and getting into central London and the O2. It was also right beside the river, offering a lovely view, and only a short walk to the station with good access to the Excel Center. The room had blackout curtains and the noise from the airport was hardly noticeable. The fitness center was small but well-equipped with a cross trainer, treadmill, bike, and free weights. Breakfast was great, and the free parking was a bonus.

The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable, with pubic hair found on the bathroom wall and in the shower tray, as well as dust on the bedside units.
