The staff, especially Mr Fawzi and Mr Abdulrazag, were welcoming and provided exceptional service. the recently renovated rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern furniture. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. Special mention to Monia at the reception, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Her helpfulness and fluency in English was greatly appreciated.

The hotel offers a great location, close to everything. The rooms are always clean and come with all the necessary amenities. The design is lovely, and the big shower is a plus. We had an issue with the air conditioning, but the maintenance staff arrived promptly and fixed it quickly. The reception staff provided excellent treatment and made us feel welcome.

I highly recommend Golden Tulip to my friends.
