I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, and the location was fantastic, close to attractions like the Royal Albert Hall and Kensington High Street. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The location of the hotel is ideal for us as youngsters, with easy access to musicals on the other side of town. We enjoyed being away from the touristy areas and surrounded by locals, allowing us to truly experience the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed during our stay. The room was comfortable, with a clean and spacious bathroom. The breakfast was of high quality, with a variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated the facilities offered, such as the gym and lounge area.

The bar staff, Felix, is outstanding and made our stay truly memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. I loved the hotel interior, it had a nice ambiance and was visually appealing. The location is excellent, with easy access to the tube station and convenient for exploring the city.

The room size was smaller than expected from the pictures, and the bed, although described as a large double, felt more like a small double. There was dust around the room, and the Nespresso machine was not replenished with coffee.

Stayed 3 nights for a rainy May weekend. Easy check-in. Excellent room facilities - storage, full length mirror, mini fridge, comfortable bed. Beautifully designed public areas - lobby, bar, and restaurant. Thoughtfully diverse buffet breakfast with plenty of options. Friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located between 2 tube stations.

The breakfasts were excellent, with a huge choice and delicious options. The room was comfy with a big bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. The overall decoration was gorgeous, and the furniture was beautiful. We loved having afternoon tea in the Botanica, a very pretty experience. The staff were courteous, polite, and smart in their uniforms. The location was top-class, right next to Kensington Gardens and close to shops and museums.

I recently stayed at 100 Queen's Gate Hotel, Curio Collection in London for a visit to The Royal Albert Hall. The hotel's beautiful decor and elegant furniture immediately caught my eye. The Botanica is a charming spot for afternoon tea, with courteous and smartly dressed staff. The breakfast was a delight, offering a wide variety of options from continental to English. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even surprising me with a birthday cake. Highly recommended!

The hotel had a beautiful interior design and a luxurious ambiance. the staff were helpful and friendly, making the stay enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, close to Hyde Park and conveniently located near two subway stations. There were many cafes and restaurants to choose from in the area, offering plenty of dining options during the city trip.

There were a few issues that marred the experience. the rooms had some problems, such as low ceilings and a lack of windows with a view.

Recently renovated and nicely decorated. Friendly breakfast staff and delicious breakfast. Outstanding location, short walk from tube station. Beautiful lobby, lounge, and afternoon tea area. Improved wifi reliability.

Stayed at this hotel for a business trip and had a great experience! the staff were friendly and helpful, making check, in and check, out a breeze. the location was perfect, with key attractions and transportation options nearby. the room was comfortable and well, equipped, with amenities such as free WiFi and bottled water. a pleasant stay!

There were a few downsides to my stay. the hotel took an extra security deposit which has not been returned yet, which made the stay more expensive than expected.
