The location offered easy access to the river

and was just a short walk from major attractions like Westminster Abbey and the London Eye. My partner and I enjoyed the breakfast—with great omelets made to order—but it did get a bit chaotic at peak times. Overall, good value for a central stay!

An upgrade to our Queen Room was a delightful surprise, adding a touch of comfort to our stay. The staff at the front desk were genuinely helpful during our late check-in after a long flight from New York. Breakfast was a highlight, not only for its sumptuous offerings but also due to the exceptional service from the restaurant staff, particularly one standout individual. While the minibar was notably absent, room service was prompt and the hotel had a professional concierge service that made navigating the area easy.

It was just a smart choice for a quick stop in London with good price value. The replacement room we got after the first wasn’t perfect, but it worked as we had somewhere to crash for the night. Make sure to check if renovations are happening when you book your stay.

A perfect stay in central London

The hotel’s location is a total win! Super close to Big Ben and Soho, so we could walk everywhere. The room was cozy, and I loved ordering in-room breakfast – it hit the spot! One little thing, though, the Wi-Fi could’ve been a bit faster. Otherwise, awesome stay!
