I recently stayed at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar Beverly Hills in LA for a week-long vacation. The hotel staff made us feel like VIPs from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with a luxurious bathroom and a fantastic shower. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean and had a modern and stylish vibe. The location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood but just a block away from great cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket. The friendly staff and convenient amenities made our stay truly enjoyable. We love this place!

The hotel exceeded my expectations! The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff was extremely accommodating. They even brought a coffee maker to my room upon request. The room itself was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. I also loved the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate station in the morning. It was a great way to start my day. Additionally, the hotel had a lounge area with pool and darts, which provided entertainment during bad weather. the staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay enjoyable.

The hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay, and this was not clearly communicated when I made the reservation. The lack of a restaurant and bar was inconvenient, especially for someone working during the day.

Spacious and clean rooms, accommodating to pets, enjoyable wine happy hour, fun game options, and good food.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided us with useful information about reservations and places to visit, and were always happy to assist us. We particularly enjoyed the bar area which had pool tables, skee ball, and darts, making it a fun spot for guests of all ages. It was a great way to unwind and have some fun during our stay.

On the downside, the lounge chairs in the hotel were quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to relax. Additionally, the way the beds were made up was not very convenient as the blankets and sheets would come apart easily.

The staff were absolutely phenomenal, very professional and very friendly. The hotel is in a great location close to UCLA, and the pool area was super cozy. the hotel was pleasant and beautiful. The bed was comfortable, and the room was attractive. The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and LA Times were available to pick up in the lobby each morning which was nice. For breakfast, one can now buy muffins and croissants to eat in the restaurant or take away. Wine tasting hour was good. Hotel well served by public transport makes it easy to get about. Hotel is also well served by good local restaurants which seemed to have happy hours most evenings. Hotel also offered credits if you elected not to have your room serviced which could be used to offset food/bar bill.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaint.

The value for money was great, the room was clean and modern with a cool vibe. The staff treated me like family, always attentive and friendly.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and comfortable at this boutique hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions for dining and activities. The location was ideal, quiet but within walking distance to restaurants and bars in Westwood Village. A perfect base for exploring the city!

The location was fantastic, with plenty to do within walking distance in the Westwood area. The room amenities were excellent, including the ironing facilities, in-room computer, and mini-bar. I also appreciated the wide variety of leisure facilities, such as the outdoor swimming pool, massages, and game room. The staff was attentive and welcoming, offering a delicious welcome drink upon arrival.

I'd recommend this hotel to everyone.
