As young people, we loved the pet-friendly policy and the wine happy hour! The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Great location too!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and being surrounded by good local restaurants, many of which had happy hours in the evenings.

I had a great stay at this place! The location was fantastic, with plenty to do within walking distance in the Westwood area. The room amenities were excellent, including the ironing facilities, in-room computer, and mini-bar. I also appreciated the wide variety of leisure facilities, such as the outdoor swimming pool, massages, and game room. The staff was attentive and welcoming, offering a delicious welcome drink upon arrival.

I'd recommend this hotel to everyone.

The rooms at this hotel were nice and comfortable, providing a pleasant and cozy stay. The key location near UCLA and in a residential area offered convenience and a peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel had good food options, ensuring that guests could enjoy delicious meals during their stay.

One negative aspect was the water pressure in the shower, which was too light and not very satisfying. Another downside was that the rooms on the Wilshire side could get noisy due to traffic. Additionally, it would have been better if the hotel provided Wifi, especially for international tourists who rely on internet connectivity.

We also enjoyed the amenities such as the outdoor pool and the fitness facility. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

The only downside was the expensive valet parking, but that didn't overshadow the positive aspects of our stay.

Lovely room and surroundings. When we arrived, there was no coffee maker or kettle in the room, but when we asked at reception, they promptly sent one up. The complimentary coffee and hot chocolate was a pleasant surprise. we enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed some freebies, nearby key locations, and a great view. During my recent stay, I was given a drink voucher and some free dog treats which was nice. The hotel was also located near some popular tourist attractions and the view from my room was fantastic.

Overpriced breakfast, hidden charges, and poor housekeeping. However, my experience at this hotel was ultimately negative. The breakfast was very expensive and not worth the cost. Additionally, I was charged extra fees without being fully informed, and when I tried to address the issue with management, their response was unsatisfactory. To make matters worse, my room was not cleaned properly during my stay.
