I gotta say, I scored big time with Bank Square Town House. The room was in tip-top shape and the bed.oh man, it was like sleeping on a cloud. The location was spot on, close to all the main sites but still nice and quiet. And the staff? Super friendly and helpful.

Hotel breakfast could use a boost. One little thing that would've made it better is if they had an info sheet with all the breakfast options and times.

Had a great Thanksgiving experience at this hotel! the rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the staff was really accommodating. We also appreciated the free breakfast and fast Wi-Fi. the hotel was situated in a convenient location near a lot of restaurants and shopping, and it was easy to get around the city. We especially loved the warm friendly atmosphere and the general feeling of being taken care of. Definitely a hotel we would recommend to others!

That parking was a bit expensive at the nearby garage, but that seems to be the case with most hotels in the area. We wish the hotel could have worked out a special rate with the parking company for guests, which would have been a nice touch.

The noise level in the room was quite high, as the walls were poorly sound-proofed. We were woken up early in the morning by street sweeper vehicles and could hear noise from other rooms as well.

You'll find yourself next to Kelly's Cellars pub, a popular spot for a night out. Plus, the nearby shopping mall offers plenty of retail therapy opportunities.
