The location was unbeatable, just steps from the beach and

right next to Pier Park, making it easy to enjoy local shops and dining. The heated pool was fantastic for evening dips. However, we faced some frustrating delays with housekeeping, and the breakfast experience varied from great to lacking. Still, having a spacious room with kitchen facilities made it a pleasant stay overall.

The location next to Pier Park was fantastic for our family outings. We enjoyed the made-to-order breakfast each morning and appreciated the spacious rooms with kitchen facilities for snacks.

However, the check-in experience was quite frustrating, as we waited over four hours before getting our room. The noise from the nearby strip also kept us awake at night.

This hotel offers a fantastic location directly across from the beach, making it easy to enjoy ocean views. The made-to-order breakfast features a wide variety of options, ensuring a great start to the day. The spacious rooms with kitchen facilities add convenience, particularly for longer stays.

The long wait times at check-in are inexcusable!!! Pool maintenance is lacking, with debris present and hot tub jets not working!!! There’s also an inconsistency in housekeeping, leaving much to be desired!!!

Our room was on the lively side, which meant loud music could be heard all night, but the pool area and direct beach access made for great family fun. Breakfast had memorable made-to-order options, enhancing our experience.

The made-to-order breakfast was a delightful surprise, but the lack of beach towels and persistent cleanliness issues significantly marred our experience. Multiple calls for housekeeping were ignored, leaving the room uncleaned during our stay.

The front desk staff was not the warmest upon arrival, and cleanliness left much to be desired, with stained sheets and a rusty tub in the room. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, compensating somewhat for the inconsistencies in service. Valet was efficient, but parking costs were a downside.

The pool area vibe was fantastic, and the staff at the pool bar were friendly and attentive. The only downside was that the hot tub was out of order during our stay. Enjoyed happy hour with good cocktails and appetizers. I'd recommend it for families!

We had an awesome time! Room service was on point and the breakfast spread was a real treat. Super close to the beach. Valet parking was quick and super helpful. Loved the poolside bar vibe!

It would be great if they had more seating options around the pool area during busy times.

The King Suite with Bunk Beds was spacious and clean, which was a plus. But I found some stains on the sheets and the tub had rust and dirt. The kitchen facilities were great for making snacks. The smart TV was a cool touch for downtime. The nearby pool area was nice, but I wish it had more seating during busy times. The highlight was the made-to-order breakfast. definitely not your typical hotel fare. Just a few quirks in cleanliness hold it back, but the room's design and amenities were solid!

i loved staying at embassy suites! the location is perfect, right across the street from the beach. my room had a beautiful ocean view. the staff was super friendly, especially the valet team who were always ready to help. breakfast was a real treat every morning too!

Great air conditioning and a fun children's play area. Wi-Fi was slow at times.
