I recently stayed at Dukes in London for my 30th wedding anniversary. The staff were welcoming and even left champagne and a handwritten card in our room - a lovely touch. The restaurant staff, especially Musa, were friendly and approachable. The location is excellent, near Mayfair and Piccadilly, and close to St. James' Palace. Quiet location and excellent bars. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special and the personal touch they added was amazing. The location was perfect for shopping and exploring the prime tourist spots. The staff made our birthday celebration unforgettable by upgrading our room, providing a beautiful card, cake, and bubbly. The old style Martini bar was a great place to start our evenings. The rooms were quiet, air-conditioned, and had all the amenities we needed. We couldn't have asked for more.

I had a wonderful stay at this iconic hotel in its fantastic location right in the heart of London. Being just a ten minute walk away from Green Park tube station, it was incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Moreover, it was really close to St. James' Palace where my son was receiving an award, making it even more special. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with everything well-maintained and clean. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to many great areas in London. The hotel itself is beautiful, with spotlessly clean rooms and a large, comfortable bed. The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make you feel special, such as providing bubbles and cake for a special occasion. The breakfast is delicious and the GBR Restaurant offers a great dining experience. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city and just a ten-minute walk from a nearby tube station.

There were a few minor issues with the air conditioning in one of the rooms that were promptly resolved.

A Warm Welcome and Exceptional Service

We were warmly welcomed by Michael at the front desk, who provided us with top-notch service. The hotel gave off a James Bond-like vibe and created a truly memorable experience. The breakfast was amazing, and the room was always immaculately clean. Despite a few minor inconveniences, our stay at Dukes was comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely Xmas at this hotel. the complementary mulled wine and mince pies were a nice touch, as was the shuttle service to the nearby attractions. the hotel itself was conveniently located close to shops and restaurants, which was great. the room we stayed in had a very comfortable bed.

The heating in the room was a bit difficult to control, and we had trouble with the temperature being too warm.

The bar at Dukes is exceptional, just watching the skilled staff prepare a cocktail is a delight. The famous Vesper cocktail was created here by Ian Fleming, and it's a must-try. The hotel is situated in a quiet side street, yet still within walking distance of popular attractions such as Piccadilly Circus and The Mall. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The rooms are traditionally furnished with luxurious touches, and the breakfast was delightful with fresh orange juice and a selection of teas. Little details like flowers on the breakfast tray added a lovely touch to the experience.

While the hotel is generally of high quality, there could be some improvements. It would be nice to have extra touches in the rooms, such as fresh fruit and flowers, to enhance the 5-star experience.
