The staff at this hotel are incredibly helpful and friendly. From the manager to the lady serving drinks and food, everyone made our stay a delight. the in, room breakfast was top, notch, and the packed lunches were equally impressive. the restaurant offers a 5, star dining experience, with everything cooked to order and a fantastic buffet selection. the location is perfect, allowing easy access to the town center and local attractions like the castle and abbey.

Good restaurant, excellent chef, charming setting, interesting art, well-designed rooms. Enthusiastic, helpful staff, especially Sam who provided attentive and personal service. Surprisingly quiet room with squeaky clean showers and thick bath towels. Lovely Rowan Room overlooking private garden, with welcome biscuits and tea. Excellent location.

The most fantastic stay! From the beautiful garden to the lovely room, everything was perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the towels were thick and warm. The staff were all very helpful and made us feel at home. We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace in the living room. The supper in the restaurant was amazing, and we even had a private function in the beautiful dining room. Best of all, this hotel is dog-friendly, and we had an amazing weekend with our furry friend. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

The value for my money at the Eastbury & Spa was excellent, with a beautifully decorated room and comfy bed. The hotel's quiet location and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast could have been improved with a better presentation of the mushroom risotto.

We recently had a wonderful one night stay in a charming hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in beautiful tranquil gardens. Our room was well furnished and very comfortable. The bathroom was in excellent order and the breakfast provided was delicious. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and polite. One highlight was enjoying a fantastic meal in the restaurant while watching squirrels on the bird feeder. The hotel also had great facilities such as badminton, chess, and croquet. We will definitely be returning!

One downside was the lack of replacement items in our room, such as dressing gowns and a shower cap.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience that fulfilled all my exclusive amenities needs. the spa and wellness centre were amazing, and I loved having a steam room and hot tub just for me. the staff was professional and courteous, and they even offered me a free make-up service. the restaurant was perfect, with great tasting menu options and excellent value for money.

The only minor issue I had was the lack of live entertainment. I was expecting to have some sort of live music or show, but there was none.

The hotel is located in a wonderful area that we loved, very close to nature and a few shops around. the room was spacious with comfortable beds and hot water with good pressure in the shower. We enjoyed the free parking, which was a definite plus.

We did not have a good experience during our New Year stay. the staff seemed disinterested and not very helpful, and the service was slow and disorganised, leading to long waiting times for everything we needed.
