We had a perfect stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location couldn't have been better - just a short walk away from the town centre but still quiet in the evenings. There were plenty of eateries nearby, making it convenient for dining out. The room had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. We loved the sitting area and the garden furniture provided, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The hotel also offered free toiletries and a flat-screen TV for our entertainment. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing packed lunches for our walking adventures and offering special diet menus. The leisure garden area was a bonus, and the Wi-Fi and off-site car park made our stay hassle-free. We highly recommend this place for a comfortable, luxurious, and enjoyable stay.

The room had a high standard refurbishment and the breakfast was lovely. Mick and Sue were fantastic hosts, very friendly and provided homemade tea loaf. The guest house is probably the best in Keswick.

I had a fantastic stay at Eden Place and can't wait to come back. Mick and Sue are welcoming hosts who take the time to get to know their guests. They are knowledgeable about the area's walks and can provide great recommendations. The breakfasts were delicious and cooked to order. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Free parking and plenty of dining options nearby made the location convenient. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The warm greeting from the friendly owner was a great start to the trip. the spacious and tidy room with a comfortable double bed and a single bed was perfect for us. the breakfast was fantastic, featuring locally sourced ingredients and mouthwatering sausages. the nearby bars and restaurants were easily accessible with a short walk.

It was close enough to easily explore the nearby bars and restaurants, but far enough away to avoid any noise or disturbances. The room I stayed in was nice and well laid out, with all the amenities I needed, such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a cozy sitting area. The staff were most welcoming and hospitable, always available if I needed anything and providing great information about the local area and tips for my onward travel. The service I received was superbly well done.

This guest house is conveniently located, just a short walk from the town center where you can find a variety of excellent restaurants. The drying room was also a useful feature, allowing us to dry our wet outdoor gear after a day of exploring.
