As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the exceptionally clean premises, well-equipped bedrooms, and picturesque location. The staff were friendly and the owner, Neil, gave us a warm welcome. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice on the menu.

We felt privileged during our stay and have no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel was located in a quiet village, away from the main tourist attractions. This allowed me to have a peaceful stay and enjoy the surrounding nature. The room was well appointed with all the usual facilities and a modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and provided good service. The breakfast choices were plentiful and generously served. I also appreciated the reserved parking for guests.

The duvets provided were quite heavy and made sleeping uncomfortable during hot weather.

We had a fantastic short stay at this charming inn. the cooked breakfast at Rose & Crown was a real highlight, with generous portions and perfectly cooked eggs and sausages. the shower in our room was spacious with good water pressure, and the warm welcome we received from the landlady made us feel right at home. It's clear that running this pub is more than just a job for her. We also appreciated the little extras, like having a cafetière in the room for a decent coffee, and the availability of a fridge in the hallway with cold water and milk. the WiFi was excellent, and parking was plentiful and easy to find.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in a great location with convenient parking linked to the room. The atmosphere in the pub was delightful, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The highlight was the comfortable bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the room and bathroom were of high standards, impeccably clean, and offered a good selection of coffee and tea.

I spent my easter at this traditional village pub and I was amazed! the location was perfect, near to the town centre and to the beach. What really impressed me was the room itself, it was modern, spacious, and pristine. the beds were incredibly comfortable which made it’s the perfect place for a relaxing stay. the breakfast was absolutely delicious and the coffee was incredible, certainly some of the best I have ever had.

Although my stay was overall great, there were a few minor issues. the entrance to the room could have been better secured and had a better illumination.

The breakfast included in our B&B package was absolutely fantastic, with a wide selection to choose from. We couldn't fault our stay here.
