The hotel is located in beautiful countryside, with direct access to scenic walks along the river. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean with good amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The restaurant offers delicious meals, with generous portions. Breakfast is also top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the lovely views from the restaurant while dining.

The only minor issue we noticed was the grouting around the bath/shower area needing a clean-up.

Despite arriving late, they still offered us a hot meal, which was a pleasant surprise. the food was excellent, and we were impressed by their willingness to prepare a meal at such a late hour. the location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was conveniently close to major highways, making it easy to travel around for our business meetings.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The warm welcome upon arrival made me feel right at home. The spacious parking area provided plenty of room for my vehicle. From the restaurant, I enjoyed breathtaking views of the well-kept garden and the stunning countryside surrounding the hotel. The rooms, both the double and twin, were well equipped and reasonably sized. The comfortable beds ensured a great night's sleep, and one of the rooms even had a lovely garden view. The substantial breakfast menu offered a variety of options and was served in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The hotel is peacefully situated in a beautiful village, just a short distance from the M6 and a convenient twenty-minute drive to Keswick. I also found the on-site illustrations of the history of this place to be quite interesting.

I had a very pleasant weekend break at Edenhall Country. The staff were incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to accommodate our requests. The recently decorated bedrooms were bright and comfortable, and the beds were especially cozy. Despite the bar looking a bit tired, the freshly decorated rooms made up for it. The hotel is located in a beautiful village, with scenic views and plenty of parking space. The breakfast menu was substantial and served in a relaxed atmosphere. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Had a really lovely stay at this beautifully located hotel, convenient for Lake Ullswater and the Lake District in general. the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating. the food was absolutely delicious, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. the peaceful outdoor area was a bonus, especially with the hot weather.

The rude attitude of one of the cleaners towards our dog. It's a pet-friendly hotel, so it seems odd that they would work there if they don't like dogs.
