Comfortable stay with friendly staff. Our room was well-appointed and had a very nice shower room. The hotel's location near BT Murrayfield Stadium was perfect for attending the Scotland/Italy Six Nations match. I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and convenience.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect for sightseeing, as it was situated in a nice area of the city. The hotel was right across from a bus stop, which made it really convenient to get to Princess Street in just 10 minutes. Additionally, the hotel was close to the tram station, providing easy access to other parts of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with spotlessly clean rooms and a smashing bathroom. The staff were really friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, with a good choice offered.

We had a truly wonderful stay here. The location was perfect for us, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel and a short walk to the train station. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed including ironing facilities and a sitting area. The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with free toiletries. We also appreciated the flat-screen TV and the fact that there was free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

For the price we paid, we got great value at Lodge West End. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The hotel is in a convenient location and the staff treated us with friendliness and helpfulness.

The receptionist was super efficient and funny, and even arranged a taxi for me when I needed to go to the hospital. The honesty bar was a great feature and I felt well taken care of. The location of the hotel was perfect, with good bus connections to both the city centre and the Royal Highland Centre. The airport bus stopped right outside the hotel, making it convenient for travelers. The room was comfortable and the shower was great, which added to the overall positive experience.

The additional charge for breakfast was a bit steep, especially for a family of four. It would have been nice to have a small bedside table to avoid having to get up and go to the dressing table for my things.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I really enjoyed the breakfast options which included both a Scottish cooked meal and a continental option. The room was also very spacious, perfect for a family of four. the bus service that stopped just outside the hotel made getting around the area very convenient.

There were a few negatives to my stay. The room lacked a wardrobe, which made it difficult for us to hang all of our clothes.
