The value for money at Residence Inn was great, with a clean and roomy 2 bedroom suite and comfy beds. The location was excellent and the staff gave us a warm welcome and were courteous and helpful.

The morning meal could be improved by using real plates instead of paper plates.

As a tourist, I loved the convenient facilities and helpful staff at this hotel. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. They even provided great suggestions for things to do in the surrounding area.

The bed was uncomfortable and the AC made a lot of noise. The pillowcases were also dirty.

The patio setting next to the pool was a great addition. We also enjoyed the evening snacks and 24-hour coffee.

Had a great Christmas stay at a hotel in Orlando. the breakfast was amazing and the evening snack bar was a wonderful touch. the location was perfect, close to all the theme parks and shopping centers. Plus, the pool was warm and clean which was great for evening swims after a long day at the parks.

The housekeeping staff did not service the room during the stay, even though a sign was hanging on the door. the front desk staff was not very informative about the amenities and activities offered at the hotel.

The staff at Residence Inn were exceptional. I was greeted with warm hospitality and they made me feel right at home. The room was stylishly decorated and had all the amenities I needed. The pool area was a perfect place to relax and unwind. my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
