Recommend it for nice couples

Had a lovely time for one night. The staff were incredible, especially when they helped us with our schedules. They made calls for taxis and even gave us a map with the best spots to check out. The room was equipped with a laptop—can you believe that? Made our stay super convenient! And they even provided us with ice for my twisted ankle. Now that’s service.

Not exactly cheap, but worth every penny for what you get.

omg, this place is really amazin! the staff treated us like fam, especially this guy named joe who helped us with check in super fast. loved the comfy rooms and the breakfast was so delish, like tons of choices. location is perfect for walkin around and checkin out the night market nearby. they even had a laptop in the room which was a nice surprise!

perfect spot for exploring old quarter's charm and attractions

I absolutely loved my stay, especially enjoying the comfortable room with a great shower after a long day of walking around and taking in the magic of the nearby Hoan Kiem Lake, which was just a short stroll away. plus, the breakfast had a fantastic variety that changed daily, making each morning feel special as I fueled up for more adventures in the city.

emerald waters classy is right in the center of the old quarter, making it easy to explore. we loved the friendly service, especially from tracey and alex, who made us feel welcome. after a power cut, they upgraded us to a more spacious room that had a lovely bathroom. the spa was a real treat too, offering relaxing massages.
