I had initially booked Soprarno Suites, but due to renovations, I was moved to their sister property, Oltrarno Splendid. The correspondence with the property managers was smooth, and they even helped me make reservations at local restaurants. The location of Oltrarno Splendid was closer to the old town, allowing for easy walking to attractions. The breakfast offered a great selection of cold cuts, cheeses, yogurt, pastries, and boiled eggs. my stay at Oltrarno Splendid was enjoyable, and I appreciated the upgrade to a bigger room.

From the minute we walked into Soprarno Suites, we felt like we were home. The design and quirky decorations gave the place a boutique feel, and the spacious rooms were creatively decorated. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with trendy shops and restaurants, yet still peaceful and quiet. We especially want to thank Alberto, who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable, especially when traveling with our 17-month-old toddler. His recommendations for restaurants and shopping were fantastic. The breakfast menu was great, but we suggest adding boiled eggs as an option upon request. we loved our experience at Soprarno Suites and can't wait to come back!

The lighting in the rooms was too dim, which made getting ready a bit challenging. Also, the bath in our room couldn't hold water and ended up flooding the floor.

The boutique hotel in Florence was a delight! Easy access, helpful staff, quiet location, surrounded by shops, restaurants. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated with art and mid-century furniture. Amazing breakfast, with a variety of options. Looking forward to returning!

We had an amazing stay at SoprArno's top floor suite! The two adjoining large rooms were beautifully decorated with unique objects and wall-art. The rooftop terrace was a special touch, perfect for enjoying an evening pizza with a glass of Chianti. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and the breakfast included was one of the best we've had. The hotel's location was convenient to all the important sights, but without the overwhelming tourist crowds. We also appreciated the added perk of complimentary snacks and espresso throughout the day.

Would recommend this hotel.

our stay at soprarano suites in florence was absolutely amazing. from the warm welcome by leonardo to the beautiful room with high-end sheets, everything exceeded our expectations. the neighborhood was vibrant and close to shopping and great restaurants. the staff was full of amazing information and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. we can't wait to return!

I had an incredible stay at this boutique B&B! The staff were wonderful - so helpful and friendly. They made great recommendations for places to eat and even made reservations for us. The room was absolutely magnificent, with 12-foot ceilings adorned with beautiful frescoes from the 19th century. The blend of classic and contemporary decor was seamless and stylish. I will definitely be returning to this amazing establishment!

The hotel is in a lovely part of the city, very close to all the main attractions. Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with huge beds and comfortable mattresses. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for restaurants and places of interest. Breakfast is served in a funky cafe and offers a variety of tasty options.

There are no English language TV channels available in the rooms.
