The City Studio I stayed in was beautifully decorated and very functional, making efficient use of space. Features like blackout blinds ensured restful sleep, while the presence of a yoga mat was a delightful addition for post-flight stretches. The café opened early, providing a great start to the day with a nice coffee selection. However, the kitchenette felt a bit cramped, and the Wi-Fi connection was slow at times, which could be improved.

I almost thought this would be a good stay, until the freezing subterranean room made me reconsider. And no cleaning service because I stayed just 6 days? Absolutely ridiculous. I expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but guess that’s asking too much. Silly me. I can’t even recommend this place, it's a disgrace.

The cozy vibe and exquisite interior design immediately caught my eye. The staff was friendly and always ready to help, making me feel right at home. The location near the Earl’s Court tube station was perfect for exploring the city. Plus, I loved my morning coffee on the veranda overlooking the garden!

However, the room was a bit dark and could use more natural light. I also noticed that the kitchenette lacked thorough cleanliness, which was a bit off-putting.

Spacious rooms with kitchenettes are very convenient.

I was incredibly disappointed with the service during my stay. Additionally, the parking situation was misleading as there was no parking available when I arrived. To top it off, the maintenance of the property left much to be desired, with poor paint jobs and shabby overall appearance in some areas. I certainly expected better from Ember Locke Kensington given its position.

had a great stay at ember locke, super stylish and beautifully decorated. the staff was so friendly and helpful, made me feel really welcomed. the location is perfect for exploring london, just a short walk to public transport. the room had everything i needed, and i loved the comfy bed! definitely a cozy vibe that made me wanna stay longer.

only downsides were that the garden could open a bit later, and parking was a little tricky. also, the internet was spotty at times.
