We had a fantastic stay at Esjays Bed & Breakfast. The house was beautiful, with spacious and clean rooms. The bathroom was especially impressive, with a deep tub and a wonderful shower. Sarah, our host, was extremely helpful and made us feel comfortable and at ease. The location was quiet and convenient for exploring Blackpool, and the complimentary toiletries and breakfast provisions were a nice touch. we highly recommend Esjays and will definitely be returning.

We had a great Easter weekend here! the property was clean and well-maintained, with all our needs catered for. the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, with a great shower over a big bath. We loved the little touches like cereal provided for breakfast, as well as tea and coffee facilities. the location was perfect, within walking distance to the town center and the beach. It was also reasonably priced, which was a bonus.

That the accommodation was not entirely separate. It was upstairs in the owner's home, which meant we had to enter through the front door.

Stayed over xmas and it was reasonably priced. the location was great, within walking distance to shops and the beach. the room and bathroom were clean and tidy. There were breakfast cereals and some other little touches provided which were appreciated.

The bathroom was separate from the room which was not advertised, and we had to share with other guests.

The value for money at Esjays was fantastic and the room was immaculate and well presented. The location was quiet and convenient for visiting Blackpool. The staff, especially Sarah, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could make the morning meal better would be to offer a choice of breakfast options, like a breakfast cob or takeaway menus for guests who prefer not to have cereals.

The host was exceptional, always available and provided helpful information. Continental breakfast was a nice touch and included fresh milk and cereal. The location was perfect, with a short stroll into town and plenty of parking available.

Although the bathroom was stunning, I would have liked a bigger towel to fully enjoy the experience. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have a hairdryer in the room.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in Lytham St Annes. The location was perfect, just a short walk to both St Annes square and the town centre. The hotel had all the basic amenities I needed, including a separate and beautifully decorated bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with a mini-fridge in the room to store milk for breakfast. the hotel offered great value for money and I highly recommend it.

No improvements needed, everything was absolutely fine.

I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a TV with a DVD player in both bedrooms, along with a selection of DVDs to choose from. The location of the B&B was quiet and convenient for visiting Blackpool. The owner, Sarah, was friendly and welcoming, and even offered dogsitting services at a reasonable rate. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely return to Esjays At Knowles House.

Great communication throughout. Lovely comfy room with large bathroom. the provision of a few biscuits and a choice of cereals was a lovely bonus. the property is in a great location for quick travel into the town center and the beachfront. the host was very pleasant and accommodating.

If anything, the pillows were a bit firm, but that's a matter of personal preference. There was nothing else to dislike.
