Central location, easy access to public transportation. Staff was friendly and helpful, recommending places to eat and calling to inform me about a forgotten item. The rooms were nice and clean, with all the necessary amenities.

The noise level was quite high, especially at night. There was loud live music and drunken guests coming back late and being disruptive.

Despite the minor inconveniences, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was situated on Mathew St, known for its lively bars and clubs, making it perfect for a night out. it was conveniently located near the shopping center and a short walk from Lime St station. The hotel also had a comfortable room, with some parts showing signs of wear and tear, and a vending machine for snacks and water.

Some staff members were not helpful and seemed uninterested in resolving issues, such as the problem with the electrics in the room and the non-functioning cookers.

The complementary breakfast and shuttle service to the city center were both appreciated. The location was also perfect, with great access to shopping and restaurants. the experience was enjoyable.

Perfect location, beautiful view, excellent bars nearby, walking distance to Albert Dock, bus station, train station. Friendly staff, free maps available, they kept our forgotten items, nice rooms.
