Quiet room near the end of a hallway with dark curtains. Free nearby parking, close to water and boardwalk. Shopping and groceries nearby. Good breakfast with variety. Friendly and helpful staff with good advice.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a great experience! the rooms were spacious and had a nice view of the surrounding area. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety, with delicious options for everyone's taste. the location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and shops.

The hotel could use some renovations as the rooms seemed a bit outdated. the lack of ventilation in the rooms made it a bit uncomfortable, especially during the warm nights.

Spacious rooms with a fridge and kettle for your convenience. The bathroom even had a bathtub, a rare find in Norway. The hotel restaurant offered delicious and reasonably priced food. And let's not forget the fantastic breakfast buffet with plenty of variety. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, across the street from the harbor. The in-house restaurant provides a decent evening meal, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. Some rooms have a nice view over the lake, and the spacious rooms allow for a comfortable stay. The free parking and reliable WiFi are added conveniences.

The intermittent and slow WiFi could be frustrating for guests.

The hotel's reasonable pricing, especially for Scandic members, was another advantage that I enjoyed. the hotel's location, just a 15-minute walk from the train/bus station, made it convenient for travelers.

One drawback was the small shower stall, which led to a few inadvertent elbow bumps. The bed was firmer than my preference, though it should be fine for most.
