We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Fort William. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, and transportation. The room was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The cottage had high quality furnishings and all the necessary amenities. The lounge area was spacious and the dining area could comfortably seat a large number of people. The kitchen was well-equipped and impeccably clean. We also loved the fact that there was a washer and dryer available. The hotel's location right in the castle itself added to the charm of our stay. Another great aspect was the breakfast at the main hotel which was delicious and served with great service.

The location of the hotel, nestled next to the grounds of the castle, was very nice. It provided a quiet and serene atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The lack of reliable Wi-Fi was a major drawback for us. The slow speed made it nearly impossible to connect and use the internet, which was quite frustrating.

It truly felt like a hidden gem. I had a wonderful experience at Factor's Cottage and would highly recommend it.
