The host was super friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. the room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family of four. Location was great, just a short drive away from the airport, making our early flight a breeze.

The road outside the hotel was a bit busy, making it a bit tricky to get in and out at times. However, on the upside, it made it easy for us to explore downtown Edinburgh.

We had a fantastic 1-night stay at the guest house. the family room was perfect for our needs, spacious, clean, and quiet. the host, Michele, was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. She ensured we had everything we needed and even booked an early cab for us. the location was great with plenty of parking available. the transport links were excellent, making it easy for us to explore the city and attend a show at the nearby playhouse.

Can't fault the property at all! 👌

We had a wonderful stay at a guest house in Edinburgh. the hosts, Michele and her husband, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They allowed us to use the dining room even though we didn't purchase breakfast. the bedrooms were spacious and impeccably clean. the beds were very comfortable and the bedding was fresh. the bathroom was modern and spotless. Our overall experience was extremely pleasant, and we will definitely be returning.
