Thoughtful amenities like a fan, hairdryer, and folding chairs. Relaxing atmosphere with minimal noise from other guests. Excellent breakfast quality and beautifully cooked. Faultless stay with great owner.

Location was a bit far from the seafront, but this was expected. Double bed was hard and uncomfortable, but the pillows were good.

I had a fantastic stay at a guest house in Weston-super-Mare. The location was great and conveniently close to all the amenities I needed. The room I stayed in was comfortable, clean, and had modern furnishings which added a nice touch. The host, Vanessa, was extremely attentive and took great care of the property. She even went out of her way to provide a fan during the hot weather. The breakfast was delicious and made to order. I also appreciated the free off-street parking available. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this guest house to others.

The location was convenient with off-street parking available for my motorbike and a great pub just across the road. The cleanliness of the bedrooms and dining room was outstanding. Although it was about a 40-minute walk to the seafront, there were regular buses and taxis available for those who preferred not to drive. The room I stayed in faced the busy main road, which resulted in a lot of noise. Although it was bearable with the window shut and a fan was provided, it could still be heard.

The room was warm and clean, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom. the owner was kind and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the breakfast was delicious, with a well-cooked and nicely presented meal. Location-wise, the hotel was in a great spot, close to key attractions and amenities. the family at the hotel were friendly and always willing to provide recommendations and assist with our needs, making us feel at home.

The hostess did not reply to our emails and was not present at our agreed arrival time. We had requested non-dairy butter and milk due to dietary restrictions, but she forgot to provide the butter, leaving some of us without it.

I stayed at Fernlea Guest House for a week and it was a well-needed change of scenery. The house is beautiful and absolutely immaculate. Vanessa, the owner, was lovely and provided superb breakfast. The facilities were faultless and I had the option to have Lottie as a breakfast companion, which was marvellous. The location was perfectly situated with a short and easy drive to the seafront. I can't fault Fernlea and will definitely be back next year.
