Excellent breakfast buffet with hot dishes. Friendly staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Located in a beautiful, quiet area. Stayed in an upgraded room at a single room rate for additional days. Lovely grounds for walking near the hotel.

The breakfast buffet at Sure Hotel Collection was absolutely delicious. There was a wide variety of options including hot dishes, and everything was fresh and tasty. The staff went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met, making us feel truly welcomed. The hotel is situated in a peaceful and beautiful area, perfect for taking relaxing walks around the lovely lake. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a newly decorated bathroom and a great shower. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel was absolutely lovely, with beautiful grounds near a peaceful lake. The rooms were quite nice, with comfortable beds and a newly decorated bathroom. The shower was excellent, providing a refreshing experience. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The breakfast buffet was simply fantastic, with a wide selection of hot dishes to choose from.

It was a bit challenging to find a staff member at times, as they seemed to be understaffed.

That the staffing levels seemed to be quite low, which meant that it was sometimes difficult to find someone to help us with questions or service at the bar. However, overall it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.
