As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved our stay at Thermal Oak Motel. The recently renovated rooms were sparkling clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. We appreciated the cooking facilities, allowing us to prepare our own meals. The mineral hot tubs were a highlight, with refreshing water replaced daily. The friendly and helpful staff, like Mr. Kang and Emily Xu, made sure we were well taken care of. The secure access card system provided extra peace of mind. a fantastic experience!

Felt really good, no complaints at all.

We had a fantastic stay at Thermal Oak Motel. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, with a kitchenette, TV, and even an HDMI cord for Netflix. The free onsite parking was convenient and the mineral pool was a real treat. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The hotel staff went above and beyond, upgrading our room and promptly mailing us a forgotten laptop. we highly recommend staying here.

The stairs were a bit uneven and noisy, which disrupted our sleep. The car park had a cramped feel and could be improved.

As women traveling alone, we loved the warm welcome and exceptional customer service at the motel. The manager went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even helped us with our luggage. The well-equipped unit was spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The inviting bathroom with its lovely toiletries and hot showers was a treat. We regret not being able to try the thermal pools, but they sounded like a fantastic facility. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

The noise from the stairs leading to the rooms above can be disruptive, especially for light sleepers.
